Solutions Marketing Manager
The Solutions Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting our Marketing, Sales and Channel organizations as a direct resource for solutions-based messaging, solution sales playbook support, and solution sales tool generation.
Responsibilities include generation of sales playbook and support, and solution sales tools like Return on Investment (ROI), white papers, tech briefs, MindManager maps, demos, etc. The Solutions Marketing Manager will also be responsible for solution level competitive analysis. The Solutions Marketing Manager must be able to work with cross-functional teams inside and outside of Mindjet leveraging support for product and strategy content for the creation of solutions focused marketing.
- Champion the Solution: Deliver a compelling 'solution' vision which incorporates key input from customers, sales, product management, and others to influence business unit strategy and planning, the analyst community, and product definition.

Sales Support Engineer
The Sales Support Engineer will partner with internal sales representatives and authorized resellers to provide pre-sales technical assistance and occasional technical support to enterprise accounts. This encompasses delivery of the corporate marketing message via product demonstrations, recommending various Mindjet solutions to fulfill customer´s needs and delivery of product demonstrations which may occur in small to large sales engagements and trade show venues.
A qualified candidate will have the opportunity to join the Learning Services team in its infancy and therefore shape the product offerings and help build a new business.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicates product features and benefits in pre-sales situations. Present Mindjet products to prospective customers in the form of presentations. Presentations may be live, or via Web-delivery mechanisms. Also provides customer consultation, support and product presentations at industry specific trade shows.
- Provides product demonstration assistance in customer facing launch events. Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations in large forums that are Mindjet sponsored in order to generate sales and meet revenue objectives (Product Launch Events)
- Partners with Mindjet Authorized Resellers to provide customer facing presentations in the form of dealer seminars, workshops and "Lunch and Learn" sessions. Work with Authorized Mindjet Reseller technical staff to ensure they are proficient Mindjet software tools. Partner with them to grow, refine, and enhance their presentation abilities.
- Supports user group meetings. The Sales Support Engineer will become proactive in local, state and national industry related user groups. Interaction should include presentations, panel discussions and specific product demonstrations. The Sales Support Engineer will assist in educating the user groups to publicize the Mindjet message.
- Works with Technical Trainer/Marketing team to validate datasets. The Sales Support Engineer should coordinate with the Trainer/Marketing team to insure that datasets and related scripts are prepared correctly. Messaging should be clarified and refined to include key features and functionality. The Sales Support Engineer should influence the Trainer/Marketing team with fresh ideas from the field.
- Provides Occasional post-sales support. The Sales Support Engineer may be requested to provide technical support on a limited basis to key accounts. This support should only be performed to continue the strategic relationship with the account and should ultimately assist in future sales. The Sales Support Engineer should involve existing support channels including internal Mindjet Product support.

The Technical Trainer will be a member of the Learning Services team for the Americas Sales organization. As a highly motivated, self directed individual you will play a critical part in helping us grow our business by evangelizing and driving adoption of our vision and product portfolio, both internally with key Mindjet stake holders and externally with customers, partners and the press around the world.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop classroom-based and distance learning training courses, using needs assessments and skill level analyses.
- Develop tests, questionnaires, and procedures that measure the effectiveness of curricula, and use these tools to determine whether program objectives are being met.
- Trains internal and external teams and customers on effective and accurate delivery of product presentations and demonstrations. Supports Marketing team to roll out sales tool kit and provide clear information regarding demonstration content and script.
- Create and maintain instructional materials to be used by trainers, as well as job aids & "quick ref" guides to be used by end users and support teams.
- Promotes adoption of Mindjet applications and solutions to internal stakeholders and external developers, resellers, partners and customers.
- Supports marketing team to create sales collateral and sales tools, including messaging, presentations, AVI´s and demo scripts. Measures effectiveness of sales tools. Conducts on-going Field satisfaction surveys and analyzes results.

Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative’s primary focus will be selling Mindjet products and services into accounts via the phone both independently and while working with and supporting a field sales team. Will be responsible for managing a sales pipeline and generating revenue for Mindjet by prospecting, tracking, and closing sales. The Inside Sales Representative will be in frequent and repeated contact with key accounts and prospects. Will continually educate them about our products while strengthening our products penetration in major accounts.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the generation of add-on and upgrade sales into various existing strategic accounts, establishing and building customer relationships and capturing sales within new accounts. In addition, representative will work with the Sales Operations team in processing orders and will perform limited customer service duties such as responding to inbound phone calls and email inquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively represent Mindjet as an Inside Sale Representative.
- Introduce and build relationships with clients as their Inside Sales Representative for Mindjet.
- Thoroughly understand Mindjet designated product line, including but not limited to: features, benefits, system compatibility, pricing/configuration.
- Work closely with assigned Territory Account Manager(s) to develop and implement effective regional territory plans and strategies.
- Perform additional independent inside sales activities within assigned geographic area via phone and email to meet or exceed revenue objectives.
- Manage sales and revenue pipeline to maintain a minimum of 1.53 times the revenue target in the projections pipeline.
- Run smaller sales cycles from prospect to close.

- Two to four years of inside sales experience (business-to-business).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and logically over the telephone and in person.
- Demonstrated ability to overcome objections. Experience managing a sales territory over the telephone.
- Previous experience successfully meeting and/or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal communications and writing skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business, marketing, or sales.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, outgoing personality who likes working with people.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-directed when necessary as well as the ability to work and accomplish goals in a team environment. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and quickly changing environment.
